How long will my order take to be delivered?

If you ordered a Digital Voucher, Digital Software or a Digital Game your order will be instantly emailed to you upon receipt of payment. For our Physical products we offer a door to door delivery which normally delivered within the next business day. Some orders to national or outlying areas can take up to 2 – 3 days. Delivery will be made to the address provided on your account detail when the order is created. CC Entertainment only delivers to areas within South Africa. PLEASE NOTE ALL DIGITAL CONTENT ARE NON REFUNDABLE. IF THE CODE IS FAULTY WE WILL REPLACE THE CODE WITH A NEW WORKING CODE.

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

Our Payment Options include PAY U Visa or MasterCard credit cards, Instant EFT and Debit Cards or Bank Deposit/Regular EFT.

Orders made via PAY U Credit Card and Instant EFT will be processed immediately after clicking on Buy Now. You will be prompted to follow the necessary steps to securely process your transaction via the appropriate payment method.  Your order will be processed on receipt of confirmation from the relevant institution. If the payment was successful then the order will move to the next phase of the process, with In Stock items being allocated to your order, and other items being ordered from our suppliers.

Orders made via Deposit or Regular EFT will only be processed when the amount appears in our bank account. Please ensure that you use your Order Number as the reference when making your deposit. Should an item go out of stock before the amount appears in our bank account, please contact our customer service to assist you further. Orders, and stock associated to those orders, are only confirmed once we receive payment.

Credit Card

We do not store your credit card details in our database during the registration or ordering process. For security reasons you will need to enter your card details when you checkout. Should you need to be refunded then we will securely store the details in our encrypted database until the refund is completed. After the refund has been completed the details will be removed.

Debit Card

In addition to credit cards, we also accept debit card payments via PAY U.

Instant EFT

To use Instant EFT as payment select it from the options during the checkout phase. InstantEFT supports the four main banks, Standard, Nedbank, ABSA and FNB. You must be registered with your bank’s Internet Banking to be able to use Instant EFT

I bought Football manager 2019 and when I try to load it it says the purchase is unavailable in my country. I have now emailed them twice with no reply or help from anyone, and whats more, the email they sent me after that was asking me to review the game. How can I review if I cannot play? Absolutely horrible first experience. That’s my money down the drain – I would hate it if someone went through the same. I wish I had read the reviews from everyone before I made this purchase. Absolutely fuming. This is theft. Necessary action will be taken.


Three games purchase fiasco

I bought three game codes through Bidorbuy and only received two, one was working the other one was invalid as I tried to activate it, the last one I never received the code despite the fact that Bidorbuy claim to have notified the seller ccentertainment…disappointing.

I have a code but no instructions

I received a code but when I go onto the CC website there is no way to redeem it. It would have been useful for them to include instructions on how to redeem this in the email with the code. I tried the online help chat but no assistance there.
